The extra virgin olive oil “IlMoraiolo” is extracted from olives grown in Italy, alphanumeric code PG128.
The cultivation is done with the traditional method using grazing animals and organic farming methods approved by the C.E.
The company is regulated by the Istituto per la Certificazione Etica ed Ambientale
(ICEA) aut. Min. P.A.F.
“Il Moraiolo” is produced inCampello sul Clitunno, a small town in Umbria (Italy) located on the hillsbetween Assisi and Spoleto, in the D.O.P. Umbria n° 1.
The olive grove covers a stony ground that makes the oil lighter and without acidity, at an ideal altitude, 400 to 600 meters above sea level.
“Il Moraiolo” is an excellent quality oil suitable for all types of dishes, especially “crudo” or raw, and is ideal for truffle sauces.
